No Halloween would be complete without the re-telling of the town’s local urban legends. This town had an old woman who handed out poisoned candy to the children. She went to jail, but the murdered children are said to come back every Halloween. They mingle in with the living, costumed kids. So, be on the look-out! The dead may be right beside you…

Toby, a generally decent kid, is hanging out with his trouble-making buddy Kell on Halloween night. Toby’s parents are out at their annual Halloween movie marathon night with old college friends, and they’re not expected home until late. Since Toby is too old to go out trick-or-treating, his mom has asked him to carve the Jack-o-lanterns, and hand out candy to the neighborhood kids.
With Kell over for the evening, the trick-or-treaters are going to get a little more than they bargained for when they stop at Toby’s house. Kell has a video camera and thinks that tonight, TRICKS will be way more fun than TREATS.
