Acrotomophilia Maniac 2 is the continued story of Willard, who (in book 1) found himself more attracted to his wife after she was disfigured in a horrific car accident.

Willard’s actions have landed him a residence in a mental institution for the criminally insane.
The fact that he doesn’t have freedom or weapons doesn’t mean that he can’t live out a few more of his sexual fantasies…
